Legendary Hero Battles were added alongside the fifth Legendary Hero, Robin: Fell Vessel as Legendary Hero Battles run alongside newly-introduced Legendary Heroes, no Legendary Hero Battle accompanied Fjorm: Princess of Ice, Gunnthrá: Voice of Dreams, Ike: Vanguard Legend, or Ephraim: Legendary Lord, as their Legendary Hero summoning events took place before the introduction of Legendary Hero Battles. As alluded to by the name "Legendary Hero Battle", the headliner characters of each battle are characters termed Legendary Heroes the Blessing distributed is the same as the Legendary Hero's type, and they run alongside the Legendary Heroes summoning events that introduced them to the game. The premise of Legendary Hero Battles are similar to that of Grand Hero Battles and Bound Hero Battles the use of a single headliner character per battle is in the vein of Grand Hero Battles, but the prize structure is along the lines of Bound Hero Battles with the addition of Blessings.
